What’s Included in This 3D Printed Glock 19 Kit

Complete G19 Slide Assembly
Black nitride slide machined from 416 stainless steel and heat treated to 42 HRC. Includes an Optimus Series flush cut barrel with polygonal rifling and 1:10 twist, complete upper parts kit, and polymer sights with a white dot front. H&M Precision handles the nitride finish for solid corrosion resistance and durability.

DD19.2 Rail & Locking Block Kit
Precision-formed stainless steel rails built for the DDxx.2 mounting system. The front rails are the same proven FMDA G19 design used in thousands of successful builds. Rear rails feature the improved no-screw system that makes DD19.2 frames stronger and easier to assemble than older designs.

17-4 Stainless Steel Locking Block
CNC machined to exact specifications. This is a direct replacement for Glock Part #7894 and fits all three-pin Gen 3 Glock 19 pattern builds, including the DD19.2 and its remixes.

G19 Lower Parts Kit
Everything for the frame internals: trigger bar, trigger housing with 9mm ejector already installed, 5.5lb connector, all springs, slide stop, slide lock, three frame pins, and magazine catch. Drops right into a properly printed frame without fitting.

What Else You Need for Your 3D Printed G19

DD19.2 Frame (You Print This)
Files are available on DEFCAD. Search for “DD19.2” or “FMDA Glock 19” and you’ll find them quickly. The download includes print settings, assembly instructions, and video walkthroughs. PLA+ works well for most builders. Glass-filled Zytel makes stronger frames if you have experience with engineering filaments.

Magazine
Any Glock 19 magazine from Gen 3 through Gen 5 will work, along with the Magpul PMAG 15 GL9. G17 magazines fit too if you want extra capacity, they’ll just extend below the grip. We sell magazines separately.

Basic Tools
A punch set, hammer, and sight pusher will handle the build. Standard tools you probably already own.
