G19/17 50rd Drum Mag Overview
The 50rd Drum Mag holds 50 rounds of 9mm in a compact drum configuration that fits all double-stack Glock pistols. Load it up, lock it in, and you have serious capacity for range days, competition stages, or home defense setups. The drum feeds reliably and drops free when empty.
The body is glass-filled polymer with hardened steel reinforcement where it matters. Inside, a heat-treated chrome silicon wire spring handles the tension needed to push 50 rounds through the feed system. A ratcheting load assist lever makes loading manageable since stuffing 50 rounds by hand would get tedious fast.
Why Choose a 50-Round Drum
Maximum Capacity, Minimum Reloads
Fifty rounds is nearly three times what a standard G17 magazine holds. For range sessions where you want to shoot more and reload less, or competition stages where round count matters, the drum keeps you in the fight longer.
Works Beyond Pistols
This drum fits any platform that accepts Glock double-stack 9mm magazines. That includes pistol caliber carbines like the Kel-Tec Sub 2000, AR9 builds, and other Glock-mag compatible PCCs. The extra capacity makes even more sense in a carbine where you’re shooting faster and want fewer mag changes.
Load Assist Lever
The ratcheting load assist lets you wind in rounds without destroying your thumbs. Essential when you’re loading 50 rounds at a time. The mechanism is built into the drum body for easy access.
Steel-Reinforced Construction
The polymer body is glass-filled for impact resistance, with steel inserts at critical stress points. The combination keeps weight manageable while maintaining durability where the magazine takes the most abuse.
Compatibility
This drum magazine fits all double-stack 9mm Glocks from Gen 1 through Gen 5. That includes the Glock 17, 17L, 18, 19, 19X, 26, 34, 45, and 47. It also works in 3D printed frames built for double-stack Glock magazines, such as the DD17.2, DD19.2, and DD26.2.
The drum is also compatible with most pistol caliber carbines that accept Glock magazines. Function in PCCs is generally reliable, though the manufacturer notes that fit and function in carbines is not guaranteed since there are many different PCC designs on the market.
Not compatible with single-stack Glocks like the G43, G43X, or G48.

Thunderbolt –
Bought the KCI-style one — arrived fast, construction looks solid with metal reinforcements. Inserted with slide locked back (as some need), then it fed all 50 rounds no problem in my G17. Makes range days way more enjoyable!
Abrams –
This drum is a beast — turned my G19 into a mini machine gun for the range. Loaded fully and left it for weeks, no spring sag. Ran Blazer Brass fine, but hollow points occasionally hung up. Still, worth it for the capacity!
Mustang67 –
ProMag drum for G19/G17 — easy to wind and load, holds 50 tight. Shot about 400 rounds mixed ammo, only one stovepipe on the last few. Heavy when full, but that’s expected. Fun accessory, no regrets!
Chinook –
This 50-rounder is perfect for my suppressed G17 build — less mag changes means more trigger time. Fits snug, feeds reliably with ball ammo. A bit bulky for carry (obviously), but awesome for fun shoots!
Stryker –
Grabbed this 50rd drum for my G19 — loaded it up easy with the lever, no thumb blisters like stick mags. Ran 300 rounds of cheap FMJ without a hitch at the range. Super fun for mag dumps, but yeah, it’s heavy as hell!
Blackhawk –
Loaded mine with 115gr FMJ — spun it up quick and ran flawless through 200+ rounds on my G19. No slide lock issues after break-in. The weight balances the pistol oddly, but it’s a blast to shoot!
Bradley –
Fits my Glock 17 perfectly, no wobble. The polymer build feels sturdy, and the quick-load feature is a lifesaver — got 50 in without much effort. Had a couple FTF early on, but after some graphite lube it’s cycling smooth. Great for plinking!
